Shalene, I am giving you a 10 for your beautiful statement: "CHALLENGING ME TO THINK BEYOND WHAT I HAVE LEARNED, AND THOUGHT TO BE TRUE." And for your courage to stand tall, in the power of our Great God, against the master of deception and his lies. BTW-Your Blog site is beautiful too.(except for the flowers)

I am up to date on all of your recent posts, and again a 10 for truth. I added a link on "The Day of the Lord" at the end of my post. Its by the same author as "Glory Train", its not very long and much easier to read when printed out. I don't agree with all of it, but for the most part I do. This doctor (MD) has a gift for writing (like you). Click on it in your spare time (HaHa). He really sets it straight what the Great Tribulation is and what it isn't, in my opinion. I went to Paul Wilbur's website (one of many) and when I have time will try to see if he has one on Psalms 63(not 23) But in any case I will buy some of his work. Thanks

Carol, since the comments from our friend on Rev 3:10, I have reworked my explanation of this verse in my post, under #3.Rev 3:10, in the main text. And in the side bar, note #2, (next to it) I have used your comment that you left on the meaning of the Greek words "tereo" and "ek". I hope you don't mind? And since the Noah analogy was such a big point to this person, I added his rendition of the Noah analogy, and then presented my rendition of this. Not necessarily directed at this person, but to the millions that think its OK to use analogys to prove a doctrine. This is on the main page towards the end of my post. At the very end of my post I added your comment about the "Glory Train", and another persons. I really want people to read this play. After you read this you should probably delete this. My main reason for contacting you is to see if you are OK with what I have entered, if not, I will take out some or all of it. I don't want you to become unpopular, like I am. haha! Thanks

Yes, I agree with you, it is futile. Thank you for your wise counsel and words of encouragement. For this and for all the truth, sometimes the unpopular hard truth, that you post in your blog I give you a "10". The low rating given by this person means nothing to me. As the "unpopular" truth will always get a low mark. The O.T. prophets would have received a "0" from this person. And, had we lived in that time, we would have been stoned by now. After your advise, I think that if I do respond to comments, they will be very brief. Anyway, about 80% of the views to my post, bypass blogcatalog. They go direct from Google to Bloger.com. I pay for a first page, top left (in yellow) or top right corner, on six different front pages. However, it is only posted on this site 12 hours a day, on a rotating basis. And that is the reason for the counter at the bottom of my post, because these bypass the catalog counter. I do this so I will know how effective this exposure is, and what more I may need to do to further this. Which I will do. Sorry, I got off the subject. Thanks again, Roger

I printed out the comments you left on my post, and had more time today to go over them. I use the Strong's Concordance, whatever you use seems to be more conclusive. That was a very good explanation of the Greek rendering of the word "from" and how this was even used out of context. A simple comparison of Rev 3:10, to John 17:15, should of told this person the intent that was ment by this verse. I went to the Rapture Ready site today, its beautiful, with dozens of verses, unfortunately all taken out of context, or based on assumptions. I responded to both of the comments that he (or she) left in my comment section. However, I put these in my own comment section, and now I will have to retype this on his. Bummer! Maybe tomorrow! Hi Carol, I read part of your post, will read the rest tomorrow. The "parachute" is a great example of accepting the Lord Jesus Christ, and what this should mean to us. God bless, Roger

John, last week you had an article about Noah's Ark, I couldn't find it today. One question that I was never asked, (thank God!) was Gen 7:20, "Fifteen cubits upward did the waters prevail..." Thats about 22ft! I don't think that would get this huge ship off the bottom! There has to be an answer, because everything in Gods word proves true. What do you think? Roger

John, I had more time to go through your post today, and I must say its a very good 'intellectual' presentation of your beliefs, church doctrine and other interresting things. I commend you for your masters degree accomplishment, and your stand for Biblical truths. I will go back to your post from time to time for your updates and to click on some of the side subjects. Looking at your stat page shows your site to be very popular Another very good one, also with beautiful pictures, is by Dr.Gavin Finley http://endtimepilgrim.org/posttribrap.htm I can't believe he sent me a Email and his is beautiful, and mine is a simple one, obviously put together by a carpenter. Anyway, take care, Roger PS- The Blue Letter Search Tools are great!
