Is anyone else here having trouble accessing Blogger accounts?
I keep getting a Server Error message!

Well if your all twiddling your thumbs at the moment I am starting a new blog about recycling and reuse and have done a short survey form for at least a 100 people to fill out and submit for me.

I wish I could figure out how to have
my blogspot content showing up at my
domain name, catonmyhead.com... I know
you can do it, but when I tried, following
the instructions at blogger, I couldn't
figure it out. I forget where I got hung
up on it now, but there was some bit of
code you had to find and I could NOT find
it. Grrrrr.
So, instead, I just set my domain name
to point to my blogger site, so at least
I can give out the easier to remember
url of my domain to friends... I wish
I'd known about all this BEFORE I began
blogging!!!
I'm going off to bed soon, been up all
night. I hope Blogger is back up again
well before I get up!! -

I just hope that this has given those of us who are host our blogs on google blogger some food for thought. I guess its time we got our domains? What do u think?
By the way, can someone tell me (privately) step by step how I can migrate from nthambazale.blogspot.com to a dot com domain?-
With respect, any system will experience some level of imperfection. In this case, an hour or more of down time.
The other servers I've dealt with have, when possible, chosen a time when most users are not using the system. Since Google's service is global, my guess is that their period of least service is not central time, USA.
That's assuming that this was a planned break in service.
Getting a domain, which I understand to mean getting a domain name, like mycoolsite.com, would still leave bloggers in need of a server to host their blog, or require them to maintain their own servers.
This is a serious question: does Google's Blogger/BlogSpot really have a substandard record of service? -
hey clement, here you can change to a custom domain name from blogspot to dot com
